Moved In

Wow!  It has been over a month since my last post!

We moved into the Green House May 22, sort of.   The Mister began living in The Green House full time when our things were moved in.  The Little Savages and I moved in a few weeks later....after the kitchen sink was hooked up, and the stove had arrived.

Saying goodbye to our Sweet Little House was difficult.  I'm a postpartum sap.  I loved that house.  But, it felt good to give the keys to a happy young couple.    

We are happy to be at The Green House now.  Unpacking is taking some time.  We live on our front porch.  The boys eat at their little picnic table daily.  They love romping in the big yard and shouting hello to all of our new neighbors.  We're a bit of a curiosity in the neighborhood.  We get a lot of stares from passers-by who are not used to The Green House being inhabited.  We get lots of thank yous for fixing the place up.  That feels good.  

I love it here.  This is a happy home with a happy soul.  We feel blessed to be here and to make The Green House our home.
